Vietnamese Australian who has lived and worked in Vietnam for over 25 years after starting out his career in Singapore working for South East Asia’s largest developer. With this background in Real Estate, Ronald embarks from scratch to put together today’s diversified group of Vietnamese companies of which he is the majority owner and Executive Group Chairman.
- Ronald holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree (Honors) majoring in Accounting and Economics from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
- In 2002 he founded Vietnam Land, a real estate development company with projects in Hanoi, Danang, and HCM City.
- In 2006 Ronald branched out into financial services with the establishment of Viet Tin Securities (VTSS) a securities company.
- In 2007, he established Viet Tin Finance Corporation, the group’s technology investment, and debt trading arm.
- In 2008 Viet Tin Capital Corporation, a fund management company.

Charles has been a member of the board for eight years in Vietnam at Viet Tin Financial Corporation, overseeing the advisory division.
- Charles is also chief executive officer of IDG Capital Vietnam and leads IDG in investment strategy and execution.
- He has had a successful record of building international businesses spanning Asia and Europe. He has been involved in several transactions on both buy and sell sides in the United Kingdom, Vietnam, Singapore and Australia.
- Charles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and International Finance from the Cass Business School (UK).

A Hanoian entrepreneur has worked with many domestic and foreign financial institutions with capital transactions, private capital investment, mergers, and acquisitions, especially in the real estate sector. She directly manages many projects from the stage of feasibility study, project planning and licensing, investment and project implementation, notably the high-class Chelsea branded project chain (Chelsea Park, Chelsea Residence...)
With a deep understanding of Vietnamese law and her great sensitivity to the market, she has been successfully performing multiple M&A transactions regarding real estate projects with major domestic partners including state-owned enterprises such as Ben Thanh Group, Vietnam General Corporation Of Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Company, Hanoi Civil Construction Investment Joint Stock Company as well as huge private holding companies like Novaland…
She is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Tin Capital Corporation – one of the first fund management companies established in Vietnam.
